Everyone's experience of grief and loss is unique, but over the years of my experience working as an integrative counsellor, and in coping with my own bereavements, I know there are tools and strategies that can help.
Here on my blog, I share thoughts and advice that I have seen make a difference when people are facing challenging times. Sometimes it's good just to know we're not alone in facing our grief, and that as others have, we too will get through.
